Restoration of a Grade II* mid-terrace Georgian property. Working closely with an interior designer, the client brief was for a modern family home which respected and paid homage to the era the house was built.

Design of a large Loft Extension to a detached house under Permitted Development rights. Designed to maximise useable space and featuring stunning standing seam cladding.

High-flying Retail Fit-out
Equilibria was been contracted by Fabiia Ltd to provide Project Management and Architectural consulting services for a first of its kind new Retail Shop fitout in central London, for a globally renowned business in the travel industry.
Completed in 2024.

Sevenoaks Home Adaptation
Redesign of a family home to allow for adaptations for a disabled child, including a planning application and disabled facilities grant application. The scheme involved installation of a lift, renovation of a family bathroom, installation of a hoist and replacement of a conservatory roof.

Full refurbishment of a 4 storey property in conservation area in St John's Wood, previously used as an HMO. Featuring high specification finishes to rejuvenate and uplift this beautiful Victorian villa.
